This is true, however I know from personal experience with a large number of clients I deal with, they have extreme problems separating windows / Microsoft / office / outlook / Internet explorer,  as different ideas. To them it is all one thing. It adds endless frustrating minutes onto what should be a reasonably short support phone call.
