It works 80% of the time. The people guy I sold the system to last night
was particularly hard to deal with.

He had an "upgrade" copy of Office 2000 but no previous versions on CD
and wanted me to spend an additional amount of time beyond what I had
quoted him for "fixing" this (and many other) things for him.

And he was really stubborn about OpenOffice because he had to scroll
down to see his entire document or something. It was just an excuse he
didn't even try it.
