[plug] post installfest talk

I would like to conduct the post install fest talk.
The sooner I get a response informing if my offer
has been accepted or denied, the better.
As such a talk will have to be distribution nuetral and
tailored in such a way that will enable users to be 
able to learn to think for themselves under Linux, the 
talk will require alot of preparation time.

(p.s. I have had formal UNIX training at university.)
