Plug seems to have one of the best google archives. A number of searches end up pulling stuff from

On another note, I note an increase lately of requests for certain information mainly related to tcp 
sockets and sk_buff structures on the linux-kernel list that appear to be coming from Indian 
students, not unlike the one we had here a while ago. I am wondering if perhaps an Indian university 
or school is using the linux kernel as part of its course and one of the tasks is modification of 
the tcp stack in some way. A lot of the questions are quite similar and simple.

I'd like to hope thats what it's all about anyway :p)
