Looks more out-of-date than biased, so you'd have to ask yourself
whether the comparison was accurate in January 2002 (rather than whether
it is fair at the present time). I've only skimmed it, but I thought it
looked reasonable for January 2002 (not that I know enough about Linux
to really tell).
