Note that this is only applicable to the portions of the code that you
have written.  Contributions from other parties (including your client)
will still belong to them; therefore, you can not sell the application
if it includes their IP.

I have always been very careful to declare who owns what at the start of
a project, as some clients would rather they owned anything produced
while you are under their employ.
