Well I know you are trying to get this to work in Firefox, but there may
be an alternative.
Konqueror; if you click "Settings" then "Configure Konqueror"
Will open a windows, then choose "Browser Identification"
By default mine outputs:

* Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Konqueror/3.2; Linux) (KHTML, like Gecko)

But you have options there to change it to things like this:

*  Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1)
*  Mozilla/4.76 (Macintosh; U; PPC)
*  Opera/4.03 (Windows NT 4.0; U)
*  Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/48 (like
Gecko) Safari/48
*  Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows 95)

Konqueror lies :) lol.
There are a host of others. This should be enough to fool your Bank's
website so you can do your stuff.

If you still wanna use Firefox, then maybe Firefox has a similar
feature??

Yeah and so is Konqueror, but in a good way :)
