Hello,

It looks like buying 64 bit hardware is now becoming a *real* option
with the increasing availability of open source software.

This is great because most Athlon 64-bit motherboards have inbuilt
1394b.

*drools thinking about running a lightning fast sid system on an Athlon
64 with native fw800 ports*...
