[plug] Undocumented dhcpd option

Just thought I'd share a (relatively) undocumented feature I just
discovered in ISC's dhcpd. You can run 'dhcpd -t' to test the config
file for syntax errors!

This may not seem like a big deal, but for a long time I've always
restarted dhcpd to find there was a config error that was only
mentioned in syslog (the init script doesn't even tell you there was
a problem!), and nobody can dhcp until you fix it (bad on a busy
network).

Maybe it'll help somebody, maybe not :)
