Disappearing Bar

Yo Chris, I,ve encountered a problem!. Jkeep loosing my Google Tool Bar.
It is being replaced  by a bar that has www.yahoo.com.au  preceded by
the Explorer "E", and I can not get rid of it unless I do a System
Restore. Someting else that appeared at the same time was a sudden rush
of POP UPS. As I go to close down, and it only happens then, I get upto
50 popups layered over each other???. I cancel them out but after I go
OFF line one or two still stay on screen till I close down. They all
come in in afew seconds on Explorer's banner???? Any ideas?
