To the spark.plug.linux.org.au admins,

The good news at this early stage is that the performance of the Mailman
2.1 archiver seems to be inline with my expectations (it's basically
back down to the faster zero-order behaviour of SmartList). Although the
running average delay is curiously increasing with the same slope as
Mailman 2.0, the median is flat at around 90 seconds. Phew. On the other
hand, the March 2004 archive still seems to contain a thousand spurious
entries.
