[plug] spark.plug.linux.org.au admins again

Hi,

I notice that I haven't received today's daily list of outstanding
plug at plug admin requests. Not sure if this indicates a problem, but I
suppose it might. Normally, the e-mail arrives "like clockwork", one or
two minutes after 8am. Also, spark's clock still seems to be wrong. And
the March archives still contain all those extra articles.
