[plug] VOIP behind firewall

I noticed the thread on VOIP recently. Discussion went way over my head but 
seemed to involve a problem with getting past a firewall.
Linux magazine recently had an article on using Gnome-meeting and there was 
some bits about gettong past a firewall. This may or may not be helpful to 
anybody, I am hoping it will be.
