[plug] switches for if, etc.

Is there a good, comprehensive listing of all these switches which get's 
used with if in bash? ie. -d, -z, etc? Most guidebooks seem to just show how 
if works and don't put in a listing of these switches, of what I've noticed 
anyway.....
