[plug] wiping a hard disk clean

Oxy Acetelene does a good job.  Seriously! Some security services melt
the disks so there is absolutely no chance of recovery.  Software
solutions are vulnerable if you throw enough $$ at it - google showed a
few hits on this.

So if you want to make sure no-one "tries hard" ...
