[plug] Book of "facts" re Linux

I've already been corrected about the WinNT line of windows. But still,
the 9x/ME line still doesn't do true preemptive multitasking as
advertised. Anyway, the last version of Windows I had was Win98, and
then I upgraded to Linux :)
