lynx opens and displays the web page for the above URL okay. The links 
are a problem.

If it doesn't work with lynx, it was not tested. lynx is not the only 
character based browser.

It the web site was written for MS Word, then that is where the problem 
lies; publishing web documents that are incompatible and that are not 
universally accessible. It is a great problem with too many web sites - 
universal accessibility should the primary feature of web sites that are 
to be read. It is like something that is spawned by .NET - only 
accessible with Internet Destroyer.
