[plug] 3c509 Removal

I recently replaced my 3c509 network card with a high speed card. How do I remove the driver for the old 3Com card? The new card tests ok using the network configuration wizard but the device list still shows the old card.

I'm using Mandrake 9.0. Thanks in advance for any advice.
