[plug] Web based E-mail server config

Hi Brad,

I'm running Courier-imap with Postfix and Maildrop. For the webmail, using 
Squirrelmail. Its very easy to get going on debian, just 2 config files 
you need to change & I suppose its just as easy to get going with Exim :)
