Ok. Found a spunky little patch that seems to do the job..

http://kyrian.ore.org/MailmanMysql/

Required some massaging to get it to work, but it works just lovely.

basically takes out the pickle adaptor and replaces it with mysql

Now I just gotta migrate these little bastards on the current list.

Tis nice so far.... basic scenario. On Filemaker pro, the user selects a
range of students (ie "international" or whatever) , then using sql
adaptor, it transfers these into mysql on another machine and from here,
they can be directly emailed.

Now to move all the student records off the fscking buggy Filemaker pro
system completely .... eep.

Anyone had any experience with pgaccess ?? is it 'enterprise' useable. I'm
tempted to build a front end for the mysql stuff with boa-constructor (for
purrrty gui purposes) but .. yeah.
