I don't believe it can.  And besides, would /you/ enter your GPG
passphrase on a machine that you don't own?

I only get Reply and Reply To All.  Maybe you're using a newer version
than I am.

Options -> Display Preferences -> Enable Thread Sort.  It's a bit
quirky though.
