I'd be surprised if you couldn't dissolve either of them if you had
the right chemicals.  Acetone and toluene will dissolve most things so
might well do the trick with superglue.  However I'm not sure whether
the CPU would survive.  But hey, the shiny heatsink's the valuable
bit, right? :-)
