Flash is your main port of call for Vector graphics and interactivity.
if you want to create the Vector art for the actual buttons, etc, you
can do that in flash, or for a more powerful option, use Adobe
Illustrator to create the Vectors you need. if you want to see what
illustrator can do, check out www.pvponline.com (blatant Webcomic plug! :P)
