[plug] Console mode mouse

Hi all,

I have a non-profit that works with blind people that I help out from 
time to time and they need to disable x an y axis movement on a mouse 
(remember this is console so no x-config) redering it into being a 
"clicking device"

Anyone have any idea how to do this?

they are using SuSe if it counts for anything.
