Generally, this indicates that the linmedia box is trying to resolve
'www.spreadfirefox.com' and that the spreadfirefox.com zone is
mis-configured. Essentially, 66.33.216.216 is listed by
spreadfirefox.com as an authoritative name server, but 66.33.216.216
is not performing that function.
