Just came across a new problem while trying to install Oracle on Mandrake 10.1
When I attempt to run the installer I get the following message

[oracle at angua mike]$ /mnt/cdrom/runInstaller
bash: /mnt/cdrom/runInstaller: /bin/sh: bad interpreter: Permission denied

The permissions are

[oracle at angua mike]$ ls -la /mnt/cdrom
total 19
dr-xr-xr-x 7 root root 2048 Nov 2 15:48 ./
drwxr-xr-x 4 root root 96 Jan 5 2004 ../

dr-xr-xr-x 8 root root 2048 Nov 2 15:48 stage/

I have tweaked the kernel settings as per instructions and as far as I can
tell everything else seems to work OK.

Does anyone have any suggestions for what I have done wrong.

Thanks in advance.

Love
Mike.
