If you ask for a "network monitor", I think most people would think of
something akin to `ntop`. Ntop records information about your network
environment and the "connections" that are made. It is not about
gathering Apache statistics, since Apache is an "application" that sits
on top of your network. However, if you do want graphical Apache stats,
there are many famous packages available. If you want to install them on
your Linux machine, you'd do best to search within your distribution's
package lists. But in general you can probably search somewhere like
http://www.freshmeat.net.
