hey plug
my name is dan and i need help
i just installed mandrake 10.0 with a kernal version of 2.3.6 something 
something, i can't really remember, my modem is a generic softk 56 internal 
and i'm guessing its a HSF, i have downloaded the driver from linuxant.org 
and my modem is now working, i connect to the internet, it says its 
connected at 46 but my internet is really really slow. any suggestions why 
this might of occured? my friend said that i might have the wrong driver. 
help plz
