[plug] FTP query

Hey,

I'm having 500 OOPS: cannot locate user entry.ftpsecure error every time I
try to log into my ftp site. I also get the 500 OOPS: child died error
message.

I've looked all the manuals etc, and cannot find a solution. Can anyone
help?
