That is true. Sometimes it does leave me a bit groggy if I have taken it too late. I don't take 
anything else so I'm not sure on the drug-drug interactions but it's bloody wonderful with a glass 
of Scotch if your stuck on a 14 hour flight next to a big fat sweaty guy who has trouble breathing 
and the plane is completely full. It's either pass out quick or spend 14 hours sitting in an 
airplane toilet :p)
