A quick search brought this site up. http://www.xs4all.nl/~pastolk/. I
think the source files there are what you are after. You may obviously need
to compile them up.
Also, http://www.linuxprinting.org is an invaluable source of information
about everything that has anything to do with printing in the Linux world.

This appears to be the problem. It appears to need an executable name
z42_cmyk. Anybody know where I can get this as I can't seem to find it
myself.
