[plug] Finding a keyserver or 4

I'm having a bit of trouble finding GPG/PGP key servers. I've downloaded
and installed a few tools and looked at all of their default servers,
but none seem to work. Can someone point me in the direction of where to
find a server that works, or better a bunch of servers that work, or
better still, a way to find out currently working servers.
