[plug] Footer on outgoing mail

I have seen some emails originating from servers that have an uptime 
footer on the bottom. Is this possible using Thunderbird? I know it 
should be fairly easy with mutt or pine. Can it be done with a procmail 
script or similar (as procmail is only incoming?)
