Apologies -- I didn't read your logs excerpts correctly. So, you get to
http://192.168.1.4/zen-cart-v1.2.1d/zc_install/index.php?main_page=inspect&language=english
and it is blank. Are you able to 'View Source' to see if the page is
empty or whether some sort of JavaScript has failed to run?
