[plug] MailWatch for MailScanner

Howdy PLUG,

If anyone is running MailScanner and NOT running MailWatch, get it now!

I just installed it, and although it appears to have gone unmaintained
for a while, it is simply stunning.

There are some issues with the Mysql/Perl DBD libraries, which can be
fixed with this post:

If you want to *try* the suggestion the developer makes to downgrade the
DBD libraries and you are on Debian, you'll need to get the source from
CPAN as referenced in the FAQ, and install libmysqlclient-dev in order
to compile it.  I wouldn't bother, the above patched MailWatch.pm file
works perfectly.

Apart from that, it Just Works.  It's everything I'd hoped for from
dspam, but it actually works, and is for MailScanner :)
