Got the source and built and ran the test. Quite simple.

If anyone's interested, the results:

home$ ./tptestclient -m ta referens.sth.ip-performance.se 1650
TCP Send: 105526 bps (105.53 kbit/s)
TCP Recv: 240630 bps (240.63 kbit/s)
