Hmm, looks like someone made an attempt to put a notice at
<http://notices.ucs.uwa.edu.au/>, but the link doesn't work
properly. The real file appears to be at
<http://notices.ucs.uwa.edu.au/pandora.html>:

    Pandora disk failure (Sat 30 October).

    A disk failure has occurred on Pandora, the UWA ftp site and mirror,
    resulting in disk errors and some corruption.

    More specific downtime information will be given as it comes to hand.
