This is a card that I gave to Rowan but I have never tried it (or any TV
tuner card) myself under Linux. I may be able to give Rowan some help
with this card in conjunction with help from the list.

What have you tried so far? Are you using discover or Kudzu for PnP?
Have you found anything relevant in google?
