[plug] Window Priority

How do I stop dialogs from other applications popping up over the top of
the current application. Specifically, if I'm typing and a dialog comes
up, and I happen to hit enter to make a new line in the text, it closes
the dialog.

This behaviour of "hijacking" the current user input really really
annoys me.
