[plug] 403 Forbidden awstats

Hi james

Using Apache, php, awstats 6.1.1 on a TinySofa System ( Linux )
My fcron is ok it updates ok with no errors so its reading the log well.
I've had a good look around for the past four days in and out of  awstats 
main web site.
I reckon  my permissons are wrong. i tried chmod 0755 on certain folders 
with no luck.
may be i'm doing the perms wrong..
