The Free Industry Passes said on the bottom of them, that the opening
hours were 1000-1800, both days.

I don't know whether that was the stand, but CDC from TAFE had an
interesting display, which was about electricsheep.org, an Internet
open source organisation where people across the Internet contribute to
a screensaver system on a distributed basis, like SETI analysis of sound
signals.
One thing that was interesting, was that the two banners for the Open
Source display, that had the Department of Industry and Resources logo
and name on them, had the name of that government department misspelt,
with the word "Resources", spelt "Recourses". Apparently no-one else
found that (maybe people don't read signs :) ), and, the woman at the
DOIR stand told me that no-one else had mentioned that.
