[plug] tetex-bin didn't upgrade

Hey All,

I'm running Debian testing and with a recent upgrade I downloaded the 
new tetex-bin update well I haven't been able to set it up and I'm not 
sure how to fix it.  All googles have led me to try and erase and 
re-install or something alike to that well I've tried all of that and 
still no success.  Has anyone come across this issue and or could 
someone point me in a direction on how to fix the problem.
