Shayne, you could goto http://dnsstuff.com/ and use their Spam Database 
Lookup. They do automatic lookups on IP numbers at a whole bunch of spam 
dbs and have links back to those dbs. You can find out from there 
whether the dbs have a policy of revisiting a site or not. Some of them 
have facilities to allow you to request their servers to recheck your 
server's open relay status. With the rest you'll just have to wait until 
their servers re-test your end or someone requests their removal.

A number of them are actually share their databases and so if you get 
get off a couple you may find that you automatically fall of other 
databases.
