Despite the crappy glass in the 'plane windows, I've picked up a couple of 
good views on trans-australian flights.

As to boring, have laptop, will travel. My laptop has earned more than double 
its purchase price in articles written while airborne, despite the fact that 
I fly only about once or twice a year on average.
