[plug] Upgrade BIOS on Wizard biscuit PC

I asked a while back on the Wizard mailing list about how I should go
about upgrading a BIOS on these devices. I know they were/are popular
amongst PLUGers so I was hoping I would have better luck asking here.

Also, if anyone has a link to the latest BIOS image I would be
grateful. 

I'm hoping a BIOS upgrade will facilitate PXE booting, but I'm not
holding my breath.
