Just a followup

iptables-save includes the following:

-A INPUT -i ethx -j LOG --log-prefix "BANDWIDTH_IN:" --log-level 7 
-A INPUT -i ethx -j LOG --log-prefix "BANDWIDTH_IN:" --log-level 7 

-A FORWARD -o ethx -j LOG --log-prefix "BANDWIDTH_OUT:" --log-level 7 
-A FORWARD -i ethx -j LOG --log-prefix "BANDWIDTH_IN:" --log-level 7 

-A OUTPUT -o ethx -j LOG --log-prefix "BANDWIDTH_OUT:" --log-level 7 

I don't think shorewall is setting this.  Any suggestions as to what is?
