[plug] Samba as a PDC

I've followed a manual from IBM about 3 times now and it includes
machien accounts and everything.  I think the problem lies in the
machine itself as it wont see midcare.org domain.  If you know a good,
proven manual to follow i'm more than happy to reformat both comps and
start again,
