[plug] Need utility/plugin to download links

I think you're thinking of wget [see its man-page for details] - it
allows you to specify that you only follow links that go down the
directory tree - that is  http://abc.com/my/folder/* that would get
everything in abc.com/my/folder and all subdirectories.
