A few final comments on what I wrote:

(1) Always read the instructions completely BEFORE you begin.
(2) It was late at night / early in the morning.  Spelling errors 
(unless in the actual commands to be typed!!) should be forgiven.
(3) For anyone who wants to double-check, debug or correct my / my 
information - please do so!!

They have worked every time for me... except for one single time where 
they didn't work until after we formatted the Windows XP machine - still 
don't know what changed - but you already said you tried that...
