It is all bastardised latin, like the saying from the seventies, that 
was used - "Nil desperandum illegitimos carborundum", which was 
supposedly, supposed to mean what the english translation above of the 
above saying, is written.

Well, actually, from the latin,

circumventis = come around

copulatum = connected, united

So, the above bastardised latin, could mean "Don't come around, if you 
are from a trade union".
